Lightweight is the story of creator and performer Amie Enriquez's real-life journey through rehab to recover from eating disorders while simultaneously trying to survive her ignorant parents, incompetent therapists, the nagging ghost of a dead music icon, a codependent relationship with a new patient, and flirty encounters with unaccompanied pastries.
Told from the perspective of several characters, with samples of Amie's journal entries and art therapy creations from her time in treatment.
